Sous Chef – Hotel – Accommodation Available

Our client operates a quality 3 Star Hotel operation in Lancaster and are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef. The property produces good quality modern and traditional cuisine using freshly sourced local produce.

Multi outlet operation – Restaurant , Bar and Functions Facilities.

Must proven experience working within a quality Hotel or Restaurant operation; we would also welcome applications from Junior Sous Chefs ready to take on the next step in their careers,

The requirements for the position are:

– Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sous Chef

– Hotel and Banqueting experience
