Luxury Holiday Park located in Wales are recruiting a full time Executive Chef. The role is a great opportunity for a career driven and motivated individual who is looking to develop further within a quality Hotel.

Job Description :

• Producing quality Traditional & Modern cuisine using seasonally sourced fresh produce.
• Rotating between all sections in the kitchen.
• Assisting with Restaurant & Banqueting outlets.
• Ensure highest level of personal hygiene in practices and in place of work
• Maintain areas of work and machinery used in a safe, hygienic and correct condition
• Ensure both legal and company Food safety standards and health & safety standards are adhered to Control of ordering and storage of food supplies

The requirements for the position are:

Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie for 3 years

Proven background within all sections in the kitchen

Banqueting experience and ideally worked within a 1 rosette quality hotel operation.
