Job Description:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant and bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Inspiring and motivating restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience by maintaining high standards of service and addressing any issues promptly and professionally.

The requirements for the position are:

• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Currently living in UK with a Valid visa
• English language proficiency
