Job Description:

Head Chef – 4 Country Inn with Rooms – Lancashire

Our client operates a quality 4 Country Inn with Rooms and are currently recruiting for a Head Chef.

Must proven experience working within a quality Hotel operation. The property has multi outlets, including Banqueting / Restaurant & Bar facilities.

The requirements for the position are:

– Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head Chef within a good quality hotel operation.

– Hotel & Banqueting Experience / Proven leadership skills

– Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management

– Creating and designing Restaurant, Bar and Banqueting menus, including developing new dishes and recipes, ensuring variety and quality.
