Job Description :
• Preparation and presentation of food according to agreed guidelines
• Ensure highest level of personal hygiene in practices and in place of work
• Maintain areas of work and machinery used in a safe, hygienic and correct condition
• Ensure both legal and company Food safety standards and health & safety standards are adhered to Control of ordering and storage of food supplies

The requirements for the position are:
• Previous experience as a Sous Chef for 3 years
• English language proficiency
