FRONT HOUSE MANAGER – 3 STAR HOTEL -The Hotel only operate rooms, no F&B
Our client operates a quality 3 Star Hotel in Cardigan and are currently recruiting for an experienced Front Of House Manager.
The Front of House Manager is responsible for assisting the owners in the day to day management of the front of house staff including reception staff and to work closely with all departmental managers to provide a seamless experience for all guests.
As the ambassador for the Hotel you will ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and that all staff provide timely and accurate customer service, whilst creating a stimulating, positive and energetic working atmosphere. The role is hands on and you will be required to assist staff at peak times to undertake any operational duty which might be reasonably required to ensure customer expectations are met.
Main Duties:
To assist the owners with the day to day management off front of house staff.
Liaise with all departmental managers to provide a seamless experience for all guests.
Provide excellent customer service to guests and excellent leadership to employees
Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotel and owners.
Troubleshoot emergencies and make personal recommendations based on knowledge and experience to improve products and service
Remain receptive to innovative ideas and pursue them in a positive manner Participate in staff meetings.
