4 star Hotel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Housekeeper to lead their housekeeping staff.

Job Description:

• Lead, train and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Develop and implement efficient cleaning procedures
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies, linens and amenities to support daily operations.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Maintenance to address guest requests and resolve any maintenance issues promptly.

The requirements for the position are:

• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Currently living in UK with a Valid visa
• English language proficiency
• Overseas applications accepted
