Our client operates a 3 Star Hotel and are currently recruiting for a Deputy F & B Manager.

You will be part of the driving force behind this exciting venture and have a hands on approach.

We are looking for someone who has creativity, drive, experience and passion who can come on board and develop within the team.

Key skills required:

– Strong F & B experience managing functions and restaurant service

– Work closely with hotel departments

– Excellent attention to detail

– Ability to supervise, lead and motivate the Hotel team.

– Previous 3 star hotel experience
