Ancer Recruitment are currently looking for an enthusiastic, high quality and committed Chef De Partie to work in a 5 Star hotel in Inverness. The hotel will  provide accommodation and the contract is permanent. 

About the role:

• Preparing a particular kitchen station by bringing all food containers to that point in the line
• Rotating between section in the kitchen and producing good quality fresh cuisine using local produce
• Plating food creatively and maximizing customer enjoyment
• Assisting Senior Chefs in the kitchen with restaurant and banqueting service

 Job requirement:

• Must have excellent cooking and grilling techniques
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively in a team environment
• Must hold previous Chef De Partie experience within a high-end hotel operation
