Position: Receptionist Job description: Communicate with the booking, housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure prompt responses to guests’ needs Make reservations or appointments for guests who want to avail themselves of local entertainment or services Answer guest calls and record details of each conversation for future follow-up Meet and exceed guests’ expectations by anticipating the services they might require and suggesting local venues Maintain constant communication with guests in advance of weddings, corporate retreats and other in-house events to ensure we’re prepared for them Report any accidents or injuries to senior management staff immediately Linen Porter duties: Main Duties & Responsibilities  Places linen and towels to the cages for transport to laundry.  Sort's items and counts and records number of items soiled.  Examines laundered items to ensure cleanliness and service ability.  Stores laundered linen and on shelves after verifying numbers and types of articles.  Issues linen and towels which are both to be exchanges on a clean-for-soiled basis only. 

Job description: Main duties and responsibilities: • Waiting, bar work plus meeting and greeting and general customer service during meals and functions. • Maintaining and cleaning all public areas in the hotel, bar and restaurants. • Cleaning all rooms to a high standard ensuring any issues are forwarded to the relevant department. • Helping to achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction in all areas with the rest of the team. • General upkeep of hotel, assisting with laundry, ironing, housekeeping as needed. • You may also need to work in other areas of the business at busy times i.e operating dish washer, kitchen prep
